SB 53                                                                        
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                    
BILL NO. 53 "An Act annulling changes made by certain                          
regulations adopted by the Department of Health and Social Services            
relating to funding of abortion services under the general relief              
medical program; and providing for an effective date" be calendared            
March 3.                                                                       
                                                                               
Senators Taylor and Leman objected.                                            
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 53 be calendared
